You may qualify for a withdrawal.

You will need to provide a completed application, which includes:

a Statutory Declaration
the last 3 months of all your household bank, credit card and lending statements
evidence of ALL bills you wish to have considered
your household budget

All documents must be dated within the last 3 months.
